How much is delivery?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail ® 1st and 2nd Class Standard and Signed For. Delivery is calculated at checkout but goes like this:
Standard - 2nd Class Royal Mail £3.60
Express Royal Mail Signed For Delivery (Untracked) - 1-2 business days from dispatch - £5.00
FREE UK Delivery over £50
Europe Delivery (Tracked)
£15 - Royal Mail Tracked 5-12 Business Days
How long will my order take to send out?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 days (Business days).
If a products is out of stock, please note that each product is made to order and the likelihood is we may not have all fabrics in stock. In order to allow sufficient time for the fabric to be ordered, delivered and your product to be made, please allow up to 14 working days.
During busier periods (Christmas or during promotions) this may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to get your order out ASAP.
How do you take payment?
You can pay using all major credit and debit cards by Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We use Stripe payment gateway a secure and simple system which makes buying by credit or debit card very easy!
You can also pay using Paypal and ApplePay.
What's your returns policy?
We hope you love your products, but we understand there may be times you need to return items. Returns are handled on a case by case basis so please contact us here so we can advise more.
Generally, the following applies: We will gladly exchange or refund any purchase made (except personalised items) within 14 days after you have received the item(s) excluding the return cost. The products you return must be in perfect condition - not opened, worn. used or washed and in the original packaging.
Note: Personalised items are non refundable / non exchangeable.
You will be responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item. We recommend using a recorded service and proof of postage as unfortunately we aren’t responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Products purchased during any sale period are non-returnable but are exchangeable. Products purchased from other retailers including Amazon need to be returned to the retailer you purchased from.
