Generally the following applies: We will gladly exchange or refund any purchase (except personalised items) made within 14 days after you have received the item(s) excluding the delivery cost. The products you return must be in perfect condition - not worn, opened, used or washed and in the original packaging.
Please note that customised orders are non-returnable / refundable.
You will be responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item. We recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage as unfortunately, we aren’t responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Products purchased during any sale period are non-returnable but are exchangeable.
